Welcome to Sanzo! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website drinksanzo.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of Sanzo products (“Products”). The Site is operated by Sanzo Brands Inc., 228 Park Ave S, PMB 67188, New York, NY 10003 (“Sanzo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing our Products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By ordering, you represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars and are valid for orders shipped within the United States.

• You authorize Sanzo to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud or pricing errors).

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship only within the United States.

• Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the Product to the carrier.

• Delivery timelines are estimates only; delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional shipping charges.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Our Products are perishable. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind or taste preferences.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@drinksanzo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved claims will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

5. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to recurring deliveries, you agree to recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time by logging into your account or emailing hello@drinksanzo.com before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect the next cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, product names, images, text, and graphics—is owned by or licensed to Sanzo and protected by U.S. intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our beverages are intended for general enjoyment. We do not make any health or medical claims. Always review ingredient lists and allergen information before consumption.

8. SMS/MMS Marketing Consent

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive marketing texts (e.g., promotions, cart reminders) from Sanzo. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. See Section 12 for dispute resolution.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanzo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the Site or Products.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Products giving rise to the claim.

12. Arbitration & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Products shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. The arbitration will occur in New York County, NY.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
