Because our beverages are perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@drinksanzo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we may issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, at our discretion.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the issue was our fault.

Description of the problem
Without sufficient documentation, we may be unable to process your claim.
Orders reported more than 14 days after delivery
Products opened or consumed
Dissatisfaction with flavor or preferences
We currently ship only within the United States (no U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or international destinations).
