Shipping Policy

At Sanzo, we offer domestic ground shipping for all our products in the continental US.

Orders shipped through ground usually take between 4-7 business days to deliver once processed. On select products, customers may choose an expedited shipping service.

Refund and Return Policy

Hey, taste is subjective and we get that we may not be for everyone. And if you find you really don’t enjoy your Sanzo, email hello@drinksanzo.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund of up to one (1) 12-pack case.

That said, a few things we’d recommend before deciding outright that you don’t enjoy Sanzo:

Refrigerate your Sanzo for at least 4 hours or pour it over ice before enjoying. Sanzo is best enjoyed chilled.
