Shipping, Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sanzo! We want you to love your sparkling water. Please review our policy below.


1. Eligibility

Because our beverages are perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@drinksanzo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


2. Refunds or Replacements

  • Once verified, we may issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, at our discretion.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the issue was our fault.


3. Reporting Procedure

Please include in your email:

  1. Order number

  2. Photos of the package and product issue

  3. Description of the problem

Without sufficient documentation, we may be unable to process your claim.


4. Non-Eligible Situations

  • Orders reported more than 14 days after delivery

  • Products opened or consumed

  • Dissatisfaction with flavor or preferences


5. Shipping Scope

We currently ship only within the United States (no U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or international destinations).


6. Changes to Policy

We may modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. The “Last Updated” date above indicates the most recent version.
